Parents seeking admission of their child will be required to first get their child registered. For this they would have to obtain a registration form and prospectus from the school's office on cash payment. complete Registration form should be submitted in the school's office.

The registered students for class-I onwards will be subjects to an entrance test and interview. Age on Ist of April for PNC in 2.5 years, for nursery 3-3.5 years for K.G. 4-4.5 years. But there is no written test for admission in classes PNC-KG. for their admission, the parents and the child will be interviewed together. The school Authority decision regarding the admission of a child shall be final.

  • A Birth certificate issued from the Municipal body only (incase of PNC, NC and KG classes) -Axerox copy Note : Incase of a child born in a village, Birth certificate issued by the village Pradhan and counter signed by the block officer only will be accepted. Hospital Birth Declaration Certificate will not be accepted.
  • A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) in original. If the T.C. is coming from other states, it should be duly counter signed by the Educational Authorities.
  • Xerox copy of Report card indicating result of last promotion exam of the previous school.
  • Four latest passport size (coloured) Photograph of the child.
  • Two latest passport size photograph of father/guardian and mother.

Yes, DPIS does accept mid-year admissions in certain cases, depending on seat availability in the required grade. This option is handy for families relocating to Agra or transferring from another CBSE or international school. The school ensures that teachers support children joining mid-session to adjust quickly to the new environment.
